Q: How does a Program Participant receive donations?
A: Once enrolled as a Program Participant, your organization becomes eligible to receive donations whenever your supporters use the special Velocity telephone number to order qualifying Verizon products and provide your organization’s unique Tracking Code.
For example:
- If a new Verizon customer orders Verizon FiOS Triple Freedom (TV, Internet, and Phone) you receive $65 based on the new Triple Freedom order.
- If an existing Verizon customer who already has FiOS Internet adds new FiOS TV service to their account, you receive $20 based on the new FiOS TV order.
See Eligible Products page for more information.

Q: Can a participating organization receive a donation if its supporter did not call the special Velocity telephone number to place their order?
A: Unfortunately, no. We have no way of associating a qualifying order with your organization unless it is placed by calling the special Velocity telephone number included on the marketing flyer and your organization’s Tracking Code is provided.

Q: I know my organization is enrolled in Velocity so why can't I find it when I search Participating Organizations?
A: The Participating Organization search (and the Nonprofit Search) use common search logic. You may be entering terms that are either too narrow or too specific. For example, leave off hyphens or "s" for plural. Try searching on a unique part of the org name and the city name. If you're still having trouble,
contact us and we'll help you find them.
