Receive donations when supporters of your nonprofit organization order new qualifying* Verizon products from the list below. For example:
- If a new Verizon customer orders new Verizon FiOS Triple Freedom (TV, Internet, Phone and Long Distance) your nonprofit will receive $65 based on the new Triple Freedom order.
- If an existing Verizon customer who already had FiOS Internet, adds new FiOS TV service to their account, your nonprofit will receive $20 based on the new FiOS TV order.

*Order Qualifications
Donations are based on new product orders only. Donations are not paid retroactively on previous Verizon product orders. Your supporters must place their new Verizon order by calling the special Velocity sales number. Your supporters must provide your tracking code at the time they order.
For an organization to qualify for a donation, a customer must designate that organization when ordering a new Verizon product (a product that is not currently on their account) from the list above. New orders must remain with Verizon a minimum of 30 days from the order date. Renewals or speed/package upgrades do not constitute a new sale. For example, upgrading your Verizon High Speed Internet plan from 768Kbps to 3.0Mbps or upgrading your Verizon FiOS TV package from Essentials to Extreme does not constitute a new sale. However, switching from High Speed Internet to FiOS Internet or switching from DIRECTV® to FiOS TV does constitute a new sale, see the Velocity terms and conditions.
Donation Schedules and Payment
Donation payments are processed monthly on orders that remain in billing a minumum of 30 days. As a result, there may be up to a 60-day lag to receive donation payments.
